Tell Us Your Story
You Were Given Something Special:
“Your” day, to celebrate someone other than yourself. And we want to hear about it.
The best weddings are the ones that we learn from. Whether your grandma told a slightly inappropriate joke, your friend prayed for you in a way that made you cry, or you simply loved those around you well. We believe that others need to hear about how God showed up at your wedding, and this is your chance to tell it.
We aren’t looking for you to sound like you had it all together or your day was perfect. We would much rather have something authentic. Just write like you, as you would tell it to a friend over coffee.
Tell us the good, the bad, and the moments you felt a little bit ugly. Tell us how you focused on God, or even the areas you felt like you missed it, so that others can learn from your mistake.
Tell it all, so we can be encouraged, learning and praising God together.

Guidelines
Send us a Word Doc answering the following questions in a paragraph or two per question:
-Give a 3-4 sentence summary describing your day overall.
-What did you two love about your wedding day?
-What do you wish you had done differently?
-How do you feel God was glorified on your wedding day?
-Who loved you guys the best on your wedding day? How did they do it?
-Who did you two love well on your wedding day? How did you do it?
-How did you both honor your parents or family?
-Is there anything else that you feel like would be helpful and/or encouraging for engaged couples to know? (Here’s a moment for your best advice!)
Also send us approximately 50-100 of your favorite photos (or more), with your photographer’s okay.
All submissions will be reviewed for a feature on our site, to the glory of God.
